Visoriai Information Technology Park, Science Publishing Cluster together with The Lithuanian Academy of Sciences, The Association of Lithuanian Serials, Martynas Mažvydas National Library of Lithuania, Vilnius and Vytautas Magnus Universities and Baltic Institute of Advanced Technology co-organize the “Open Access Scientific Publishing Conference 2019: Value (Lithuanian) Dimension”.

The event aims to discuss open access science policy and challenges beyond 2020 and encourage collaboration between research institutions (and their publishing houses) and collaboration between science and business by developing and implementing advanced open science and open access publishing solutions in the public sector.
